painting and blogging took a back seat to this new addition to the family.
So, I've come back to the regular routine and I 'de like to pass this award on to six wonderful artist/bloggers.
I'm sending A Passion for Painting award to Melody Lea Lamb for her fantastic ACEOs and to Jill Berry for her great paintings and blog.
And one to a Robin Roberts - a painter I have recently 'discovered" and also one to Ann Caudle who paints such a wonderful variety of subjects.
Brian Eppley receives one from me for his palette knife paintings and one goes to Paulo Mendes whose watercolors always please.
Part of this award is to list 7 things I love and today all seven are Jacob Charles!
Folks, copy the award logo and paste it into your blog, and pass it along to your favorite artists with a list of the things you love

Congratulations Grandma! What a cutie Jacob is!! And he looks like a big baby too! Mine were 10 lb. 1 oz., 9 lb. 5 oz. and 7 lb. 10 oz. The first two I was very comfy with...they felt "sturdy." I remember feeling like my daughter was so fragile - like I was going to break her. I thought the big ones were easier!
Thank you so much for your kindness for giving me this award, Kathleen, and especially my congratulations for that precious and much more important "Jacob award" that was given to your family, to whom I send my best wishes of joy and happiness.
Congratulations Kathleen, he is truly precious! (and you have a new portrait model. :) )
Wow, there is nothing like a newborn. Do you keep trying to get him in the natural light to take his picture?
Thanks so much for the "Passion for Painting Award" I appreciate it.
